One of the best ways to maximize your chances of getting your prospect on the phone is by taking advantage of call windows.

Call windows are defined as any time during the day when the odds of your prospect picking up the phone are increased. Some better times to reach your prospect are times when:

         
  • The prospect’s administrative assistant is not in the office.
  •      
  • The prospect is not likely to be in a meeting.

  • With that in mind, what do you think are ideal times/days to reach your prospect?
