The BlackBerry Mail Merge

blackberry mail merge We are constantly looking for new and creative ways to cut through the vendor static and reach our prospects. Two of our top associates (Ted Martin and Tony Jules) recently developed the BlackBerry Mail Merge and scheduled 15 meetings over the course of two days.

Below is the template and some notes:

John,

I apologize for my professional persistence but I've had a tough time getting in touch with you on the phone and thought that email might be a better medium for you.

I was pointed in your direction to set up a brief phone conversation with my colleague, David Stillman. The purpose of the call is to discuss your challenges in lead generation (appointment scheduling) and inside sales effectiveness (tactical inside sales training workshops built around the best practices we have unearthed).

If you have an assistant I would be more than happy to set something up with her. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best Regards,
Eric

Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry

Essentially what they did was write a short email in plaintext to all of the prospects on their list and added at the bottom “Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry.” This makes the prospect believe that they took the time to write them a personal email from the BlackBerry and did not just send a generic email blast (like everyone else does).

Feel free to discuss other creative emails/voicemails/pitches in the comments section.

I set up Yahoo Mobile mail on my Blackberry but new Yahoo messages now go to both my Yahoo Mobile mail inbox as well as my mail Blackberry email inbox, which is for work purposes only. I don’t want to combine my work and personal messages. How do I set it up so that emails sent to my Yahoo account appear only in the Yahoo Mobile email app?seo services toronto

My sister is giving me her blackberry bold 9700 soon, she’s on O2 and i’m on 3. The phone is unlocked so I was just wondering whether i can use blackberry messenger using my sim card because my sim card has already got internet data plan with it. I haven’t tried yet because she hasn’t given it to me yet.
