Employees are our best asset and we very much recognize each employee’s importance to our success. Vorsight’s commitment to the welfare of our employees is reflected in our generous benefits package that includes not only standard benefits but also many valuable and creative benefits that helps our employees maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • Time Off – Vorsight provides 3 to 4 weeks of paid time off per year based on tenure. In addition, employees receive nine paid holidays, and the company is closed from Christmas to New Year"s.

  • Insurance – Vorsight ensures employees have flexibility and comprehensive coverage through a leading preferred provider option (PPO) health plan along with dental and vision coverage. In addition, Vorsight covers a substantial portion of the monthly premiums.
     
  • Tax Savings – Any health care premiums employees pay above Vorsight’s contributions are deducted pre-tax from payroll through a premium only plan (POP). In addition, Vorsight provides a flexible spending account (FSA) which allows employees to use pre-tax money to pay for medical expenses and co-pays that are not covered under their insurance plan.
     
  • Work-Life Benefits – Employees can access a prepaid and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This includes: a dedicated concierge, 24/7 counseling, free legal and financial consultation, and much more.
     
  • Training and Development – Employees receive extensive knowledge and skills to help them excel within Vorsight as well as throughout their career.
    • Internal Training – Employees benefit from 150+ hours of training in the first year and at least 50 hours of training per year thereafter.
    • External Training – Vorsight pays for qualified employees to attend training events to enhance their knowledge or skills in specific areas that can help them get promoted and contribute more to Vorsight’s success.
    • Coaching – All employees receive regular and extensive 1-on-1 coaching from senior personnel to help continuously improve job performance.
    • Mentoring – New employees are paired with successful Vorsight employees in order to obtain valuable advice to accelerate their ramp-up and ongoing advancement. In addition, high potential employees are paired with a senior level leader for specialized guidance to maximize professional and personal growth.
